Birmingham: Balsall Heath Carnival 2013

Balsall Heath Carnival July 6th 2013. This small carnival in an inner city area of Birmingham was supported by local housing organisations, schools, community groups and local groups and individuals. The event attracted thousands of locals especially families and children.  The area is home to a large muslim community as well as people from white and black communities.
